Main house
Capacity for 40 people in 13 rooms
Rooms 10 western style rooms (with beds, 1 with en-suite bathroom), 3 Japanese style rooms (with futons). All rooms have televisions. The western style rooms are all different, with some accomodating up to 7 people. The Japanese stylrooming list

Twin & Triple Room
A typical Western Style room sleeping up to three people (one bed is built into the wall above the door)
Maisonette Room
One of the larger western-style rooms sleeping up to 6 people
The Cottage
(The large window looking out towards the mountains is on on the other side!)
Capacity for 10 people. Self-contained
cottage situated 1 minute's drive (10 minute's walk) from Milky House.
Rooms 2 western style rooms (with beds), 1 Japanese style (with futons)
Kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet.Television, payphone.

 The price varies depending on the number of people in your group. Prices start at 8,800 and go up to 15,000
Meals are included in the above prices. However, if you would prefer to NOT have your meals at Milky House, please deduct the following from the price.

Please note that although the room rate for children is the same as for adults, a child's dinner is 2,000 yen less than that of an adult. Therefore, the overnight rate for a child including two meals is 1,000 yen less than that of an adult.

Western-style rooms
A Japanese-style room, with four futons on the upper floor and space for another two on the ground floor.
A very cosy Japanese-style room

We have one room with an en-suite bathroom. It is western-style, situated on the ground (1st) floor of Milky House.
All other rooms at Milky House share two bathrooms (one of which is pictured below), although of course you would not be expected to share it with other guests at the same time! . If staying in the cottage, you would have the entire building to yourselves, including the bathroom.

Many guests do not use the bathrooms as the owner does a trip to a local onsen everyday at 7.30pm.
